We're grounded in the notion that all form is interconnected. We're part of complex systems, shaped by the groups and institutions around us — relationship matters.
We believe in acting from the full intelligence of the body, not just the mind. Staying connected to it helps us make better choices and take more aligned action.
We lead with authenticity, wisdom, love and integrity. We care for the betterment of the planet as a whole. We are thoughtful of others in how we behave.
We take a systems, design-thinking approach to how we lead ourselves and see the world. We keep an open-mind and think critically with a multi-dimensional lens.
We approach every relationship and program through a trauma-informed lens — creating spaces of safety, choice, and trust, and honoring each woman's pace.
Transformation doesn't have to be heavy. We bring play, humor, and joy into our work, because a lighter heart can still do serious things.
We're committed to centering voices and experiences too often overlooked, and to building spaces where every woman feels she truly belongs.
